Salt Oasis offers standard shipping to the United States. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii may vary depending on destination, weight/size of the package, and shipping method. If you require expedited shipping for your order, please contact us by phone and we’ll get you a quote.
We will attempt to ship any orders being sent to a P.O. Box via the U.S. Postal Service, however, if we are unable to ship to that P.O. Box, we will contact you to obtain a physical address.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Tracking information will be provided to you once your package ships.
We ship using major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. postal service. You can select your carrier from the product check out page.
In the rare event that you do not receive your order by the estimated time frame, here are a few steps you can take:
- Use the tracking information to track your order on the carrier’s website.
- Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not home during a delivery attempt.
- In your absence, the delivery carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.
- Allow 48 hours – in rare situations packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Standard Return Policy
Salt Oasis accepts returns of new and unused items within 10 days of delivery for a refund, credit, or exchange. All items must be returned with all original materials, receipt, or proof of purchase included in the shipment and should be received within 10 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and will issue a partial refund for items that are not in sellable condition. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to our credit card (or original method of payment).
Certain items from our Body Shop will not be eligible for return unless they are still factory sealed. Items include cosmetics, lotions, oils, and other personal care products.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item received is the result of an error on our part, the item is defective, or was damaged in transit. If the return is due to any of the stated conditions, contact us via our webform and we will provide you with a return shipping label as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns after the 10 days window.
